I can buy Beecher’s cheeses at Central Market in Austin, and if their supply is low, Beecher’s will ship their cheeses to my doorstep. Even so, theres’s just something special about visiting the source, watching the cheese being made, and of course diving head first into a cup of their creamy and oh-so-cheesy macaroni and cheese. With a hint of paprika and a bit of sharpness from Beecher’s Flagship cheese, this hearty pasta is soul-satisfying.
