Every year Central Market transports us all to a country far, far away, bringing in ingredients, artisans, and chefs to give us a taste of what we’d experience if we booked a flight there ourselves. This year they will be celebrating Brazil from the seafood infused recipes of Rio de Janeiro to the  must try pao de quijo (cheese bread)  and feijoada, Brazil’s national dish.
